This is a pretty top in excellent used condition. Bell sleeves and buttons on one side. This is a tight 8 though (it fits more like a size 4 or 6). Despite the 38 chest, the shouldersare on the narrow side and can be hard to put on and off because there is no give to the fabric. But....it's darling. You decide.
